  1. I will have to miss the celebration of Lori’s life on the 13th but send you all my heartfelt love and feelings of gratitude for having had the privilege of sharing so many wonderful hours over the years as her hairdresser. A truly amazing, beautiful woman. I will be in New York City volunteering for a makeover beauty event for women who have suffered domestic abuse. I know this is a cause Lori would have approved of so it is timely that it falls on the same day as the celebration of her life and her beauty.

  2. Bill, please let people know that for those who shop online, Amazon has a new option, Smile.Amazon.com. You sign up, and whenever you buy something, .05% is automatically contributed to the charity of choice–you don’t have to do anything other than sign up. So this cd mean ongoing gifts to Seeds of Knowledge. I’ll let you know more when I learn more. I think I’ll have to get Amazon to include in their approved list. I will take this task on in her memory, and keep you updated. When it’s added to the Amazon-approved list, perhaps let people know via the blog? Luv you, as everyone else does. I wish to God I could really do something. xoxo. k

  3. My prayers continue for everyone in the loss of unforgettable Lori. Memories, sweet memories. Giggling around many a table, kayaking to the Mokulua Islands, watching a lovebird push a plastic cart around the dining table, important talks about kids and life and love, wisdom shared from business and life experiences…….yes, it is all there in my mind for good. You have been prayed for daily for such a long time. My love to Bill, Tucker, Katie, and Owen. Psalm 73:26, “My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” I love that last part….forever.

  4. I’m so saddened by all of this, that Lori is gone, that all of you had to endure the fight and losing her. I won’t be able to attend the celebration but I will be thinking of Lori and her wonderful, amazing family for years to come. I thank her for all she did, especially for sharing her family with me. We are all so blessed to have her in our hearts.
